Why Convert SVG to PNG?
SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) is perfect for logos, icons, and illustrations because it scales to any size without losing quality. However, many platforms, social media sites, and applications don't support SVG uploads. Converting to PNG gives you a widely compatible raster image while maintaining the quality of your original vector at your chosen resolution.
FAQ
Does SVG to PNG conversion lose quality?
If you export at a sufficiently large resolution, the PNG will look crisp. Since SVGs are vector-based, they can be rasterized at any resolution without pixelation. Use the 2× or 3× scale option to export high-DPI (Retina) versions.
Can I keep the transparent background?
Yes. Enable "Transparent BG" and export as PNG — PNG supports full transparency (alpha channel). JPG does not support transparency, so we export as PNG.
