Python FastAPI REST Endpoint

Create a complete FastAPI REST endpoint for [resource] with:
- Pydantic models for request/response validation
- SQLAlchemy async ORM integration
- JWT authentication dependency
- Proper HTTP status codes
- OpenAPI documentation strings
- Error handling with HTTPException
- Input sanitization

Database: PostgreSQL. Include CRUD operations.
